The nose section of this American Airlines DC-7 has been preserved at the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. It is interesting to note that this aircraft bore the same registration as the airlines's 767 that was hijacked and destroyed on September 11, 2001.

Convair 580 N30EG is seen in happier days at the Mid Atlantic Air Museum, Reading, PA. The aircraft was sold to the province of Saskatchewan, where it was converted to a tanker. On May 14, 2006, the aircraft crashed into a swamp, killing one crew member

A rare Bristol 170 Freighter awaits its next load at Terrace, BC, Canada. Hawkair's C-FTPA crashed in 1997. Both pilots were unharmed, but the aircraft was scrapped to keep a sister ship flying.
